This work is a thorough investigation on the major operating parameters of the programmable temperature vaporisation (PTV) inlet used for gas chromatographic injection, including injection mode and volume, inlet temperature, vent and purge flow rates. The results clearly demonstrate the advantage of large volume injection in enhancing the detection of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs). Partial loss of injected PBDEs occurred during solvent venting and due to incomplete sample transfer. Such loss was minimised by lowering the initial inlet temperature and vent flow and elevating the final inlet temperature. The results show that 50 mL/min vent flow, as low as 0°C initial and higher than 300°C final inlet temperatures produced the relatively high responses. Two mass spectrometric parameters were also evaluated. Indoor dust, lake sediment and human placenta tissue samples were analysed to demonstrate reliability and sensitivity improvement of the PTV large volume injection.  相似文献

Polyethylene glycols (PEGs) with different molecular weights (Mw = 200, 400, 1000) were phosphorylated to their bis‐diphenyl phosphinite derivatives as stable solids which are melted in the range 140–160°C. These phosphorylated PEGs were used as ligands and reducing agents to generate nano‐Pd(0) catalysts in 2.5–8.3 nm. The nano‐Pd(0) particles supported on phosphorylated PEG200 were applied for the efficient Heck–Mizoroki carbon–carbon coupling reactions of ArX (X = Cl, Br, I) at 80–100°C under solvent‐free conditions and for the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reaction in ethanol at 70°C. In the present research, the synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, and structural investigations of a unique ZnII complex of imine-functionalized polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) is designed, and hereby described, as a catalyst for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates from epoxides and CO2. The uncommon features of the designed catalytic system is the elimination of the need for a high pressure of CO2 and the significant shortening of reaction times commonly associated with such difficult transformations like that of styrene oxide to styrene carbonate. Our studies have shown that imine-POSS is able to chelate metal ions like ZnII to form a unique coordination complex. The silsesquioxane core and the hindrance of the side arms (their steric effect) influence the construction process of the homoleptic Zn4@POSS-1 complex. The compound was characterized in solution by NMR (1H, 13C, 29Si), ESI-MS, UV/Vis spectroscopy and in the solid state by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), elemental analysis, diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS), cross-polarization magic angle spinning (CP MAS) NMR (13C, 29Si) spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Development of inexpensive, easily prepared, non‐toxic, and efficient catalysts for the cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides to synthesize five‐membered cyclic carbonates is a very attractive topic in the field of CO2 transformation. In this work, we conducted the first work on the cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides to produce cyclic carbonates catalyzed by a binary catalyst system consisting of KI and boron phosphate (BPO4), which are both inexpensive and non‐toxic, and various corresponding cyclic carbonates could be produced with high yields (93–99 %) at 110 °C with a CO2 pressure of 4 MPa under solvent‐free conditions. In the BPO4/KI catalyst system, BPO4, a Brønsted and Lewis acid hybrid, played the role of activating the epoxy ring through the formation of hydrogen bonds with Brønsted acidic sites and the interaction with Lewis acidic sites simultaneously, and thus enhanced the activity of KI for the cycloaddition of CO2 with epoxides significantly. Additionally, the activity of the BPO4/KI catalyst system showed no noticeable decrease after being reused five times, indicating that the BPO4 was stable under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis and stereochemistry of tricoordinated optically active selenium and tellurium compounds are described. Telluronium salts, telluronium imides, and seleninic acids were prepared and optically resolved by fractional recrystallization of diastereomeric mixtures or by chromatography using a chiral column of racemic mixtures. Diphenyl dichalcogenides also were optically resolved by chiral crystallization. Their absolute configurations were determined or estimated based on X-ray crystallographic analysis, specific rotations, and circular dichroism spectra. The kinetic studies and the mechanism for the racemization were also studied.  相似文献

A method has been developed and validated for the concurrent extraction, clean‐up, and analysis of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), α‐, β‐, and γ‐hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD), and tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) in human milk and serum. Milk and serum samples were extracted using accelerated solvent extraction with acetone/hexane 1:1, v/v and liquid–liquid extraction with methyl‐tert‐butyl ether/hexane 1:1, v/v, respectively. The removal of co‐extracted biogenic materials was achieved by gel permeation chromatography followed by sulfuric acid treatment. The fractionation of the PBDEs and HBCD/TBBPA was performed using a Supelco LC‐Si SPE cartridge. The detection of the PBDEs was then performed by GC–MS and that of the HBCDs and the TBBPA was performed using UPLC–MS/MS. The pretreatment procedure was optimized, and the characteristic ions and fragmentation of the analytes were studied by MS or MS/MS. A recovery test was performed using a matrix spiking test at concentrations of 0.05–10 ng/g. The recoveries ranged from 78.6–108.8% with RSDs equal to or lower than 14.04%. The LODs were 1.8–60 pg/g. The usefulness of the developed method was tested by the analysis of real human samples, and several brominated flame retardants in different samples were detected and analyzed.  相似文献

An efficient, economically viable process has been developed for large‐scale preparation of donepezil HCl (1), an anti‐Alzheimer's agent. The process involves the condensation of 5,6‐dimethoxy‐1‐indanone (3) and 1‐benzyl‐4‐piperidinecarboxaldehyde (4) in the presence of alkalimetal carbonates at elevated temperature to yield 1‐benzyl‐4‐[(5,6‐dimethoxy‐1‐indanone)‐2‐yidenyl] methyl piperidine (2), the key intermediate in the synthesis of donepezil. Hydrogenation of 2 yields donepezil.  相似文献

Easily prepared choline iodide is an active catalyst for the synthesis of cyclic carbonates through the coupling reaction of CO2 and epoxides using low pressure (1 MPa), moderate temperature (85 ºC) and green solvents (ethanol and propan-2-ol). The effects of reaction temperature, pressure, reaction time and amount of catalyst used were also investigated. The results showed moderate to high yields and excellent selectivities of cyclic carbonates with vinyl or acrylate groups under mild reaction conditions. The heterogenization of choline over a Merrifield resin gives access to a supported catalyst with good recyclability and reactivity that can be extended to a variety of terminal epoxide substrates.  相似文献
